(note: in these commercials, the “burgers” or “fries” are edited to look more tempting than they actually are in real life... in the same way that influencers or celebrities are “photoshopped” or “airbrushed” in picture, to remove any imperfections & make them look unrealistically beautiful & perfect!)

Speaking of media... the top 2 sponsors (& biggest advertisers) of mainstream media are pharmaceutical companies & large food companies... so is it any wonder that almost nothing bad is ever reported about these companies...

(& simultaneously, healthy, free or natural remedies & alternatives are rarely ever covered by the mainstream media!)

And This Is Just The Tip Of The Iceberg...

Next, you have the food products themselves...

“Eating right” used to much easier, as even the unhealthiest foods weren’t that bad (or at least, not that addictive)...

Today, it’s a whole different story…

Food companies add as much sugar, salt & additives to their products as humanly (or, legally!) possible... in order to keep you “hooked” & always coming back for more... (much in the same way that a drug dealer knows his customers will keep coming back for more once they are "hooked")...

Or, in case this fails, they just flat out deceive us…

Food companies use dishonest marketing tactics to make us believe that their products are less unhealthy than they actually are... (for example, re-labelling "sugar" to "fructose" "maltose", or one of 50+ different names for 'sugar')...

They also market their products with buzzwords, such as "diet", "lite" “fat free” or "sugar-free", making people believe that these products are ‘healthier’... when in reality they are often even worse for your health...

(which does explain part of why, even though they are more "diet" & "fat free" products than at any other point, we're still sicker & fatter than ever!)

On top of this all of this...

Even when we do decide to stop eating all of this junk & start eating healthy, what does this even mean anymore?!

What starts out as a simple Google search ends up in a web of contradiction, misinformation & often, flat out lies... (often motivated by financial incentives - e.g. Nestle funded a study to prove that chocolate was healthy for you)...

We're Swimming In A Sea Of Mis-information!

For most people, the deeper down the "what should you eat?" rabbit hole they go, the more confused they get...

And even if you do pick something that makes sense & you go on a specific "diet", you're set up to fail...
