Hey, my name's Tom...

My first topic of expertise was physical fitness...
When I was 13 years old, I wanted to become a WWE wrestler, then a bodybuilder... which led to start going to the gym at the age of 13!
Soon after, I gave up those childhood dreams... but my passion for fitness remains... & I become a certified Personal Trainer, working in Leeds, London, Sydney, as well as on cruise ships sailing around the world.
To date, I've spent 20 years studying physical fitness...
14 years ago, I developed such bad eczema that I would wake up every morning with my bedsheets covered in blood & puss...
This broadened my perspective & set me on a path to study all parts of the body & what it truly means to be healthy...
(within 6 months of applying what I had first learned, I completely healed by body of eczema, naturally!).
Now, over the past 14 years, I've read hundreds of books & research papers, gone through hundreds of videos, courses & trainings on all topics of holistic health ranging from fitness (my starting point 20 years ago), to nutrition, detoxification, ancient medicine, reducing stress & of course, sleep...
See, like a lot of young people, I had big goals & dreams (still do!) & I wrongly assumed that sleep would get in the way of me achieving those dreams, so I used to sleep as little as I could...
Fortunately, I matured & starting seeing sleep as what it really is: the ultimate advantage for better physical, mental & emotional wellbeing!
Since then (over the past decade, or so) sleep has been one of the most important, most fascinating (& therefore, most researched!) topics for me...
It's also something I've been experimenting with in my own life for many, many years... always looking for ways to improve my sleep.
It's also a significant part of the 1000+ hours that I've spent consulting with clients on how to improve their health holistically too (sleep is the foundation!)
And it was also one of the first topics that I wrote about in my bestselling health book (which has since gone on to be ordered from & delivered to 54+ countries around the world!)...
